And in collaboration with The Mother’s Project, Plenty International, Coastal Women for Change, the Mississippi Coalition for Vietnamese American Fisher Folks and Families, the Louisiana Environmental Action Network, Texas Environmental Justice Advocacy Services, the Alabama Fishery Cooperative, Bayou Interfaith Shared Community Organizing, Lower Mississippi River Keeper, Pointe-au- Chien Tribe and the Isle de Jean Charles band of the Biloxi-Chitimacha-Choctaw, The Front Room and 28 Stones – A Gulf Coast Media Project, YOU ARE INVITED TO “A BAYOU CHRISTMAS CONCERT AND TOY DRIVE”
December 13, 6-8:30 pm, at the First Presbyterian Church, 5401 S. Claiborne Ave in New Orleans

Cost to enter is an unwrapped toy or $10 donation.
In an expansion of the vision of The Mother’s Project we hope to be able to make Christmas memories a reality for the children of America’s Gulf Coast, whose families’ are still experiencing severe financial distress since Hurricane Isaac and the BP Deep Water Drilling Disaster.
